Two useful Damson ideas
DAMSON JUICE - better than any orange from the shops
Put a few handfulls of damsons in a big saucepan with some water and some sugar
Boil them up and then tast - add more water or more sugar and boil up again
Strain and enjoy for breakfast, like my B&B guests

Very easy as they have loads of pectin.
