Ruyton XI Towns Annual Parish Meeting 2021,
next meeting 27th April 2021 at 6.15pm using Zoom.
Members of the public are very welcome to join this remote Parish Meeting, but please note it will be a very brief meeting to meet basic legal requirements. A separate, in-person Parish Meeting will be called later in the year when it is safer to meet in groups. The agenda and information on how to join the Zoom Parish Meeting can be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website, but participants must request the passcode directly from the clerk. There is a Remote Meeting Protocol, which we recommend participants read before joining the meeting. Please note: this is different to the Annual Council Meeting which will have to take place in-person between 10th and 24th May as it is an election year (date and venue TBC).
