The chairman of trustees will stand down in June 2024, so we are seeking a good listener with experience of chairing meetings to take over. The role is interesting and should only require between five and ten hours' work a month, including meetings. There are currently eight enthusiastic and committed trustees, and financial risk is negligible as the trust is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Two references will be required, and the successful applicant will be able to shadow the current chairman for the remainder of his tenure.
