Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall AGM

The AGM of the Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall Charity
will take place on
Wednesday 14th November at 7:30pm
in the
Memorial Hall

Come along and see what we have been up to. You will hear about recent improvements - everything from fitting a water-saving device in the Men's Loo to arranging for a Team of Prisoners from Stoke Heath Prison to redecorate both Halls, fix the Drain in the Village Hall and many other things. We have also extended our SuperFast Broadband connection into the Village Hall, to complement the magnificent projector, screen and sound system that are fitted.

Hear about the regular bookings (we are in the Memorial Hall because, fortunately, the Village Hall is in use by our Scottish Country Dancers)
Hear about the RATS Panto (5th to 8th December) and the traditional Santa Sleigh Ride round the Village on Thursday 20th December.

Our Treasurer will be telling us whether we are still solvent! (We are, of course)

You might even consider coming to join us as a Trustee and Committee Member - we always welcome new input.
