Getting fit after recent excesses!

I guess many of us might be thinking of reducing our weight a little and maybe taking a bit more exercise after the Festive Season.

Last year we "enjoyed" a series of sessions aimed at reducing weight - a local "Slimming Club", held in the Village Hall.
This proved successful for most of those who attended, so I offer the slides we used at the time in the hope that they might help others.

Sadly, the only thing we found that worked was to eat less (what a surprise!)

Exercise can help a weight-loss programme - particularly anaerobic exercise - and is good for you even if you are not aiming to lose weight.

So here is a summary of the Opportunities for Exercise in the Village:-
