Local speed limit polocies

There have been various consultations recently regarding changes to local Speed Limit Policies.
Opinions seem to vary widely on what speed limits should be where, and which should take priority for enforcement etc.
So I have devised a little survey to collect opinions on these issues - you can complete it on-line here:-
