Now the Winter Break is over (?!?) we are starting

Thursday ZUMBA this week - 7th Feb 7:30pm - 8:30pm in the Village Hall.

Great fun and a good introduction to some exercise.
And only £4
All welcome - any age, any gender (should that be "either gender"?)
Work at your own pace - Zumba Gold pace for older folk and "mad" for youngsters - that's the great thing about Zumba.
