QUBE - the future

Hello Mrs Hackett

Please forgive the e mail approach, as we have never met, but I am writing with regard to a survey that we are carrying out on behalf of the charity QUBE in Oswestry.

 As you may be aware, QUBE provides services in and around Oswestry, including Dial a Ride, Befriending (CHUMS), Volunteering advice, arts exhibitions and workshops, IT training and Shopmobility. It is currently looking at how best to develop its services to meet the needs of the local communities, including potentially offering more services directly in the community.

To identify if there is the need and demand for such services, we have designed a simple 2 page tick box questionnaire to gather views of residents in your area and were wondering if you might be able to recommend how best we can distribute this survey in your parish. If you are able to provide any other contacts, or even possibly take a few questionnaires yourself for your service users/residents to access we would be very grateful.

 This survey is important to ensure that the appropriate services can be identified and supported in your local community by the voluntary sector, and I hope you are able to help us with its distribution.

The survey is time limited, closing with a prize draw for £50 shopping vouchers on 9th March.
