Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council will next meet at The Victoria Room, Ruyton XI Towns at 7.30 pm on Monday 8th February 2016

Reference: 16/00077/FUL 

Address: Hazelnut Cottage, Brownhill, Ruyton XI Towns 
Proposal: Erection of two storey side/rear extension, to include 6 no. rooflights and juliette balcony Applicant: Ms Angela Consiglio 

                     Reference: 15/05396/FUL  
Address: Coton House, Ruyton XI Towns, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 1JE 
Proposal: Amendment to Planning Permission 14/02856/FUL for the erection of 2 storey oak frame sunroom and bedroom. Single storey pool house linked to the house by a glazed oak frame link to include addition of PV panels to swimming pool room; rooflights to swimming pool roof and replacement of small section of cavity wall to side of pool room with glazing panel     Applicant: Mr Paul Harfitt  

Doctors Meadow Play Area – Chairman to update on plans for basketball pitch and possibility of erecting a barrier at the car park. In addition Ruyton XI Towns WI Committee suggestion is to be considered that a small fence be erected around the play equipment so that dogs do not foul in that area. Dog fouling has become a problem at the site.
