Message from Ali Slater, Baschurch Village Hall. An enormous thank you to all who attended the Charity Fashion Show on Saturday at Baschurch Village Hall and to all those on the committee who worked hard to make it happen. We have raised £388 with the possibility of a further £200 once we have sold all the left over alcohol at the next fund raiser in November. From the comments made and the noise of chatting that night I think pretty much everyone enjoyed it and it was lovely to see the community coming together to help keep the village hall going. Our next fund raiser is November 21st and is a Quiz Night with fish and chip supper with our fantastic Quiz Master Mort Smith.Please let me know if you are interested in tickets as they are going on sale shortly.
