I am not sure who has had their elecxtricity cutt off but Clair Vuckovic has found this official information. If anyone has any more information I am here to pass it on.

UPDATE on your Electricity Fault in SY4 area of Shrewsbury. We are sorry for the continued interruption of supply. Our emergency response team has attended site and the repair work required is taking longer than we expected, this is due to a fault on the underground cable network and we now expect your power to be restored by 5.30PM via generators.
