The Perry very high, flooding on the lower path, colour from the wildflowers, some trees looking good and masses of undergrowth.
Some maintenance is needed this weekend if you fancy helping out. Meet at 2pm on Saturday 15 June in the car park in DoctorÆs Meadow and bring wheelbarrow, garden fork, garden shears if you have them. You will need to wear good gloves and cover your legs and arms. We will clear back some of the paths, clear around the base of the trees and put down mulch to protect them.

Much of the lower lying sections of the spinney are currently flooded as are large parts of the adjacent field.
