A Diabetes Awareness Programme is being run by Shropshire RCC's Wise & Well Team in Oswestry on Tuesdays, 7th and 14th July?
Diabetes is an increasingly common condition but many of its symptoms can be managed by simple lifestyle adjustments. The Diabetes Awareness Programme brings expert speakers to Oswestry to explain the importance of healthy eating, exercise, foot care, eye-screening and medicines management. Anyone with Diabetes or at risk of developing Diabetes plus their families/carers are very welcome to attend but places must be booked in advance.
