We are currently in the process of re-branding our commercial area. What used to be Derwen Enterprises is now dc Shopping & Leisure. Along with a new, more commercially appealing name, a logo has been designed and work has begun on marketing and advertising.
The Garden Café has had a refurbishment which complements the introduction last year of a new children's play area. It offers a peaceful, friendly environment and is renowned for hot and cold snacks and delicious cakes baked on the premises.
The Garden Centre is stocked with the new season Gisela Graham giftware range. There is also a super selection of plants, tools and books to supply all gardening requirements.
The Walled Garden provides the perfect location for specialist vegetables, salads and herbs to grow.
The Print Centre provides a wide variety of commercial printing activities including: screen printing bags with bespoke designs, T-shirts, mugs and posters. There is also the facility for custom-made frames to display artwork, photos, embroideries or souvenirs.
Students participate in all aspects of real work experience the commercial areas continue to generate.
All commercial areas are open daily from 9.30 with a vartiety of food available in the Orangery, Garden Cafe and Tiffins Coffee Shop.
Use the Derwen College`s commercial outlets and support the young people who live and work in that very special community.
