Tuesday 25th: Tapas

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn to make classic tapas dishes, from albondigas (Spanish meatballs) and tortilla espanola (a Spanish omelette) to chorizo and thyme bread rolls.

Wednesday 26th: Vegetarian

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn to make delicious vegetarian dishes easily and without fuss. A twice baked cheese soufflé (fool proof at a dinner party), a vegetable terrine with homemade tomato sauce and garlic potatoes!

Friday 28th: Junior Breadmaking

11am-1pm - £25


A hands on course at half term for young cooks interested in making their own delicious bread using fresh yeast. (For ages 10 and up).

November



Tuesday 1st: Pasta Made Perfect

11am-1:30pm - £49


On this course you will learn to make your own pasta dough using fresh raw ingredients, and make a sweet potato and goats cheese ravioli and tagliatelle with a delicious tomato sauce.

Wednesday 2nd: All-Day Delicious Desserts

11am-3:30pm - £89


On this course you will learn to make a Perfect Pavlova, a mountain of mini meringues, a chocolate marquise and a delicious crema catalana.

Wednesday 7th: Risotto & Gnocchi

11am-1:30pm - £49


On this course you will learn the secrets to making a perfect risotto and arancini balls and make some delicious potato gnocchi with a sage butter.

Wednesday 9th: Choux Pastry

On this course you will learn to make choux pastry and turn it into fantastic savoury gougeres, eclairs, sweet profiteroles filled with crème patisserie and a delicious Paris Brest.

Friday 11th: A Taste of India

Learn to cook an authentic madras chicken curry, naan bread and pilau rice!

Tuesday 15th: Fish Filleting

This course will teach you to gut, scale, fillet and cook a locally-caught round fish and a flat fish, fresh from the seas around Britain.

Wednesday 16th: Home-Baked Biscuits and Scones

11am-1:30pm - £49


Learn to make delicious home-made biscuits and sweet and savoury scones, a great afternoon treat or a fantastic festive present for Christmas!

Friday 18th: Knife Skills

10:30am-1pm - £49


On this course you will be shown how to select, use and maintain the correct knife and learn various techniques of chopping and slicing!

Friday 18th: Thai

Using fresh herbs and spices make a delicious Thai curry and king prawn and mango salad.

Saturday 19th: Moroccan
