On Wednesday, three people from the mailing list were at the Myddle Flicks in the Sticks to see the film `The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society`.
The new guests were impressed with the venue, good parking, tea, coffee wine, beer and snacks at the beginning and at half time, excellent big screen and sound (not ear poundingly loud) and a chance to meet a new and friendly group of people.
Oh yes, and the film was excellent - good story, beautiful scenary and eliciting both laughs and damp eyes.
