The agenda is attached and can also be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website. As transmission rates for covid-19 are still quite high, we are still exercising caution. So if you do wish to attend in person, please email the clerk so we can make sure that we can accommodate everyone safely. Among other items, we will be considering the structural survey report of the Stone Cross, a new application for Packwood Haugh, and various SC consultations. We will also be noting the 1st quarter budget moniroting report and reviewing earmarked reserves. It is quite a long agenda as we have not met in quite some time, so if you have anything urgent to raise with the Council, please email the clerk on parishclerk@ruytonxitownsparishcouncil.org.uk before the meeting.
