Message from Lydia Bardsley, Ruyton XI Towns Parish Clerk.
Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council Meeting.
TUESDAY 6th DEC, 6.30pm
to be held in VICTORIA ROOM.
The agenda is attached and can also be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website, and the draft Nov minutes are linked within the agenda. Amongst other items, we will be considering a move to a self-service scheme for the community defibrillator, arrangements for Christmas, actions for the cost of living crisis, and considering the electoral division boundaries consultation (i.e. the division of Ruyton & Baschurch, rather than Ruyton parish). There is also a revised planning application in Eardiston to consider, and we will also discuss budget proosals for 2023-24.
As part of our actions to support the local community during the cost of living crisis, we have set up a survey to establish demand for Warm Hubs in the local area, and identify potential volunteers. You may have already seen the link to this survey in our newsletter (which Yoland also kindly shared), and we will also be delivering a paper copy to all households in the parish, but please do pass this on to friends, family, neighbours (in Ruyton parish specifically) so we can make sure everyone has a chance to respond to the survey, so we can target our support in the most effective way.
Thank you in advance.
Mrs Lydia Bardsley
Clerk to Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council
