Having seen their set up and drunk their beer, our pub could not fall into better hands. Every bit of equipment and ingredients in the brewery is thoroughly British, the residue from the brewing process is sent to Fordhall Farm where Joules have their own herd of pigs which supply the pubs with pork.
Yes, our pub could not fall into better hands. I think there will be some changes at the Talbot but not bad changes, more wood and a simpler menu but rest assured, the beer is very special and, of course, cheaper!
We did tell them who we were and that we were checking them out and finished by saying we will be spreading the good word and look forward to meeting them all in Ruyton.
