Brisge Field - stone picking

 High there,

I am due to attend the Ruyton XI Towns Parish Plan Steering Group AGM on the evening of Wednesday 10th July and would like to combine this with carrying out rock picking at Bridge Inn Fields.

I will be at Bridge Inn Fields from 6pm to 7.15pm on 10th July and would be pleased to see as many of you as possible to help clear rocks and stones that were brought to the surface as part of the soils preparation for wild flower seeding and put them on the pile of stones by the bridge. If left these stones could cause a lot of damage to the mower and the contractor may refuse to cut it.

Gloves and a couple of wheelbarrows would be useful and perhaps one or two garden forks for the more stubborn stones.

If we finish early enough we could also look around the field to see what wildflowers we can find. Hope to see you there!
