Unfortunately this notice came in on the day of the Parish Council meeting and I replied asking whether it was 1 or 2 The Willows on the Brownhill. The answer came yesterday, which was too late for the PC meeting anyway.

The Parish Council will be considering the following planning application at their next meeting which is to be held in the Memorial Hall; Ruyton XI Towns on 4/2/2014 at 7.30pm:
Reference: 14/00308/FUL Address: number 2 The Willows, Brownhill, Ruyton Xi Towns, Shropshire, SY4 1LW Proposal: Erection of two-storey rear extension and formation of decked area with storage below.
Whilst councillors will be reporting on the ramifications of The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and its impact on SC Planning Decisions as a result of Shropshire not being able to provide evidence of a 5 year housing supply.
Your Shropshire Councillor Nick Bardsley will be reporting on Save Baschurch Fire Station Campaign.
Should you be a local resident and be interested in any of these issues please feel free to attend. The Parish Council welcomes public support.
The Parish Council is also looking for willing volunteers to fill the 2 vacancies it currently has. Please feel free to contact either myself or the Chairman Mr Colin Case ( Tel 01939 260628) should you be interested in becoming a parish councillor.
