There is an outline planning application being considered in Baschurch which other local people may be interested in (perhaps if they travel that way at busy times, if their children are at the Corbet or if they have family/friends there).
It is for a development of 20 affordable houses (provision for 40 cars) on the pony paddock on Ruyton Road by the Newtown junction. It is open for public comments online or in writing (reference 14/00216/OUT) and the link is:
