You will have seen in my last message that the Shrewsbury shopping centres now have trained staff and defibulators to aid any one unfortunate enough to have a heart attack in the Darwin or Pride Hill Centres.

Do remember we have this expertise here in Ruyton XI Towns, based on the school.

the service will inform defib volunteers as appropriate - as well as despatching an ambulance.
Defibs are not a replacement for trained Paramedics - they just hope to keep someone alive for long enough for professional help to take over.
