During our Open Day in June this year we once again offered you the chance to buy, plant your own pumpkin seed and farm it. Many of you did and they have grown fantastically and nearly ready to harvest.This year they are very well hidden as the green has not yet died off. Some people have also adopted pumpkins along the way and tried their hand at pumpkin farming. Whether you have one pumpkin on your plant or three, they are yours for the taking. For those of you who planted your own we have a biggest pumpkin competition again - we will weigh them as you pick them. If you did not take part - Do not panic! We planted lots more! During October Half Term week (23rd - 31st) you can come along to Moor Farm and we will walk you down to the pumpkin patch to pick out your very own pumpkin to harvest and buy. You just need to call into the shop for someone to guide you . Or We will have lots of pumpkins outside the shop for you to grab and go.We also have Carving kits and stencil books for sale in the shop Pumpkins will be £6 each and please post all your wonderful carvings onto our Facebook page www.facebook.com/moorfarmshop If you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact the shop.
