Half term events at Booka Bookshop

Join us during half term for some very
special story times!

Thanks to all who came to Booka's 8th Birthday last Saturday to help us celebrate Bookshop Day with a fabulous Oi Cat storytime!

Today saw the launch of Little Bookworms, an interactive session with primary school teacher Hannah Butler, aimed at nurturing a love of reading, for children aged 2-4. Thanks to all who came, we hope you enjoyed it!

We've got more wonderful events lined up, including story times based on the wonderful book The Adventures of the Egg Box Dragon, by Richard Adams, author of Watership Down, and Madeline Finn & the Library Dog by Lisa Papp.
