In light of the coronavirus outbreak, Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council are holding an extra ordinary meeting on Weds 25th March 2020, at 6.30 pm at The Conference Room, Wykey Farm, Ruyton XI Towns
Members of the public are always welcome to attend council meetings, but we would strongly urge everyone to follow national guidance on self-isolation and social distancing, especially if you are over 70 or have any underlying health conditions. If you have any comments on the agenda items that you would like raised at the meeting, please contact the clerk to discuss this before the meeting.
The meeting's agenda and appendices can be found on the Council's website, by following the link below:This extra ordinary meeting has been specifically called to agree urgent measures for providing assistance to the community during the coronavirus outbreak, as well as to approve a Scheme of Delegation. This will enable the council to continue critical activities, in the expectation that future meetings may not take place. Please note that currently council meetings cannot lawfully be held over teleconferencing, or other virtual means.
