INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICATION DELIVERIES FROM PRESCOTT SURGERY
In order to minimise the risk to patients and to staff we are only offering telephone appointments with a GP. The GP will then decide whether a patients will be invited in for a face to face consultation. To help patients we have made arrangements for medication to be delivered weekly to the following collection points: Ruyton XI Towns at 2.00 every Wednesday afternoon outside the flower shop (all orders must be placed by 5pm on the preceding Monday. Nesscliffe at 1.00 every Thursday afternoon in the village hall car park (all orders must be placed by 5pm on the preceding Tuesday) Bomere Heath at 11.30 every Friday morning in the village hall car park (orders must be placed by 5pm on the preceding Wednesday) Medication can still be collected from the surgery by patients, friends, family members, neighbours or volunteers. If someone is collecting medication on behalf of a patient, they MUST be able to quote the patients name, address AND postcode. Thanks Nicolas Storey Practice Manager
