Coronavirus and your wellbeing

We know that you're hearing a lot about coronavirus at the moment, and that it's a particularly stressful time for all of us. You might be worried about how it's affecting your day to day life. This may include being asked to stay at home or avoid other people.

With all this happening, it can be particularly difficult to look after your mental health. Whether you are at home, self-isolating or figuring out what you need to do stay well, we have put together some information about things you can try to help your wellbeing.
