Happy New Year to all our customers and friends of Booka!
Once again we find ourselves in Lockdown and we are having to adapt to how we work, so that we can still provide our customers with 'books in the time of Covid' and continue to be your 'Book Lifeline'.
During these cold, dark days we have all been told to stay at home and save lives. We know that lots of you will be escaping the reality of the situation between the pages of a good book: finding worlds, characters and landscapes that help to inspire, excite and comfort you. We are on hand to prescribe books to help ease the loneliness and boredom of what looks like a couple of months of staying at home.
As a non-essential retailer, the physical bookshop will be temporarily closed during Lockdown. However, we will be open online and 'open behind closed doors' for the placing of orders. From Wednesday 6th January
