Order Shropshire packs | | | The latest Oswestry Video Here is the latest Oswestry video, it is designed to encourage new visitors to come and stay longer and features a mix of accommodation and attractions which, we feel, gives a glimpse of just how much there is to see and do in Oswestry and The Borderlands.

Read on to see if you can be featured in the next video. | | Promotional videos and press visits OBT has received funding to develop our image library and to produce another video. We are very pleased the the latest video produced by Painted Life and will be working with Aaron through the rest of the year.
We will be creating content that gives a feel of the town and area rather than ads for any particular business and the filming may be at quite short notice.
It won't be possible to include every member in a video but if you would like to be included please let us know.
Visit Shropshire are being asked to host press visits. These can be at fairly short notice and be quite specific and they will ask for complimentary food, drink and accommodation. If you would like to take part, we will publish in the news letter with details.
The latest request is for dog friendly places to go and stay. Opportunity to feature in the Bradt Travel Guide 'Best weekends with your dog'

New video and image library commissioned June to March 2022
| |  | Oswestry Tourism Ambassador Scheme Who will be the first Oswestry Tourism Ambassador? With funding from the DARG, OBT has now commissioned the web site and started to recruit a member of staff to develop the modules to begin the Ambassador scheme.
The web site site is due to go live early in 2022 and we hope to have many member businesses signing up ready to start the 2022 summer season. If you would like to take part in the pilot scheme, let us know. | | Free membership of Oswestry Borderland Tourism The DARG Funding has given all existing members of OBT an extra six month's free membership. We are also offering this to new members who join before 31st August.
Please spread the word for us. We want to be able to promote all the best of Oswestry and the more great businesses that join OBT, the more we can showcase how wonderful Oswestry and The Borderlands are.
It would be great to have more accommodation, food and drink and retail businesses.

There is no travelling involved, no day release, no classroom attendance and no Test or Exam to worry about. The short courses are delivered remotely either digitally (or) paper based, whichever format you choose, with no face to face contact whatsoever. There are no limits to how many people can take advantage of the Free Courses and upon completion each person would receive Awarding Body Certificates to celebrate their achievements which will be accredited and nationally recognised
