Join LADS for their theatre workshop Sunday 20th February

Message from LADS - Llanymynech Amateur Dramatic Society.

Join us for our workshop this coming Sunday, 20th February, 10am - 1pm at Pant Village Hall. We are running another of our popular workshops. Free to members, and only £5 to non-members. Three of our members will be running the workshop. From theatre games and activities led by our chair Julia, to a whistle stop tour of Laban and Lecoq and their physical techniques for actors led by Alison. The workshop will be rounded off by Pam exploring conflict in drama. Irish playwright, George Bernard Shaw, once said "No conflict, no drama". Pam is going to look at putting that into practise.

The LADS loves to welcome new members and everyone is welcome to our workshops. We are excited about our first one back in 2022! If you become a member of The LADS, for only £15 per year your membership allows free access to our workshops, a discount on the bar at all our performances in Llanymynech and additional ticket price perks. The last two years have badly affected the arts and this includes amateur, local theatre. The LADS welcomes donations. All membership fees go directly into bringing theatre to our local community and further afield.
