There will be people in Ruyton who will remember Mrs Kirkham (Megan), who taught at Ruyton School during the 1970s and early 80s, including yourself Yoland.
She passed away last Sunday at the age of 101. Her daughter-in-law and sons have been in touch and have posted a tribute on a couple of Facebook Groups, including Ruyton Revisited, where lots of former pupils have replied with lovely messages.

"It is with great sadness that we announce the news that the lovely Megan Kirkham passed away peacefully in her sleep last Sunday Morning in her own home.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, 12 April at 2pm at St Johns Church in Maesbrook. No flowers please unless they are from your own garden.
She was a teacher in Ruyton until she retired in 1984. There were so many nice comments from old students and friends from Ruyton when we shared her 100th Birthday in 2022, that we wanted to let you all know."
