Whitchurch Blackberry Fair

Dear All,

It’s a busy time of the year – hot on the heels of a fabulous MereFest, Massive THANK YOU to all involved, we have Blackberry Fair in Whitchurch, Heart of the Meres and Mosses.

Blackberry fair is on Saturday 4^th Oct

As you may know we had an evening lantern parade at MereFest; Photos Here: http://fizzgigs.co.uk/ .

We want to repeat the parade at Blackberry fair, processing up the High Street to the Church where we will show Heron Silver the shadow puppet show commissioned for MereFest.

The lantern parade at MereFest was truly magical and we want to bring some of that magic to Whitchurch.

We do, however, need a bit of help…...

We need one or two people to help us make lanterns during the day and we need help to position some of the larger sculptures before the parade in the evening and also to carry a lantern and act as a steward on the parade itself.

 The Parade will begin at 7.30pm at the bottom of the high street on Green Lane.

 If you are able and willing to give us a hand and be a part of this fabulous activity please get in touch with me and we can get it all organised!
