I'm looking for a gentle fitness group in Baschurch or Ryton area - does anyone know of a suitable group.? If not I am very prepared to co-ordinate a new group and arrange a venue if we have a local instructor who is prepared to take on a daytime session.
I would be looking for gentle but effective exercise for the over 50's .... help!
