Wilfred Owen play by LADS

Message from Lee Lucks, LADS publicity.

This original play by Neil Rhodes is set  in Ors in France just days before the armistice was announced in 1918.  The camaraderie between Wilfred and his men, the longing for home and the long suffering acceptance of war set the scene for the final day of Wilfred’s life.  His poetry runs through the play bringing to life the experience of being a soldier in the ‘Great War’.

This will be a `not to be missed` production - so don`t miss it!  Please put the attached poster on a door, fence, wall, gate or even a noticeboard near you.

Remember, a member of the Mailing List was able to supply LADS with an iron bed for the production - is there no problem or request the people on the list cannot solve?!
