Every Wednesday morning at 9:15 some of our older folk have an exercise class - mostly movement to music - fairly energetic dancing. Whilst not in the Carla mould it seems to me to be very similar to the Happy Feet dancing I enjoyed watching last Friday on the football field. Next week (29th) we are in the Parish Hall (rather than the Victoria Room - it's being decorated). If any Happy Feet (or their friends) want to join us they would be more than welcome. It's free for the first week and just for fun. Our Instructor is appropriately qualified of course, and is CRBd (or whatever it is now) But children should be accompanied by an adult - we are not very good at being child-minders. Routines are very easy to learn.
