Upcoming event in the Cookery Workshop at Upstairs Downstairs On Saturday 1st August we will be hosting head chef Gareth Bagley of the Townhouse Oswestry for a day of FREE DEMONSTRATIONS, giving you an insight into the signature dishes created in their award winning kitchens. -     11am Breads & Starters -     12:30pm Mains -     2pm Desserts Although these are FREE demonstrations, booking a seat in advance is advised as there is limited space in the Cookery Workshop. Some of these being the award winning Hansons in Swansea and the prestigious 2 Michelin Star Gidleigh park, Devon, where he first met Michael Caines.
