Message from Mary Drinan about plans for Ruyton P.O and Shop. We need volunteers both for the shop in the future and for the Committee immediately. Probably about 6 months work by the committee would be needed to set up our community shop. Individual expertise in business planning; retail and marketing; fund raising and people management would all be much appreciated. But much of this can be learnt at the time and there are many courses arranged by Plunkett that will be useful. An advisor from that organisation would also be available as soon as we know in which direction we wish to proceed.
