You all know that Amey from Yr6 was seriously injured when she came off her bike.
She is recovering well, but slowly.
She has made a video to encourage all cyclists to wear a helmet – she probably wouldn't be with us if she hadn't been wearing hers.
It is an incredible video – a real inspiration.
Of course it's aimed at children on their bikes – but grown-up cyclists have a duty to set an example.
