WELCOME TO OSWESTRY BALLOON CARNIVAL!
Oswestry Balloon Carnival, a two day family fun charity event in aid of Nightingale House Hospice.  

The bank holiday event is set in the heart of Oswestry town and in the award winning Cae Glas Park. The event is open to all ages with

This year Oswestry Balloon Carnival is even bigger than before! Expect hot air balloons taking off in the morning and afternoon, the evening Night Glow event, street stalls, and a second take off site for even more balloon sightings!

Bringing your camera is a must for this spectacular event!
Come and visit us at our "pop up" TIC in the park.
Family Fun
Bring your family for a visit, and you'll see there is so much fun to be had in the Borderlands for all ages! Will you choose to time travel to a medieval castle, explore scenic countryside on a bike ride, or get hands on with wildlife and farmyard animals?
Animal Magic
 
Spend a day meeting the animal residents of the Borderlands. Meet the whole farm family at Park Hall Countryside Experience - feed a lamb, watch the pig racing, and pet the rabbits! Then explore the heavy metal safari - giant, ironwork sculptures roam the grounds of The British Ironwork Centre - watch out for the dragon! Finish off and go and say hello to the horses at Llangollen Wharf and Cracker at Bywater Cruises - these gentle giants can give you a trip along the canal!
