Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council Meeting.
TUESDAY 6TH JUNE, 6.30pm
to be held in VICTORIA ROOM.
The next meeting is the June Council Meeting, scheduled for Tues 6th June. The agenda is attached and can also be found on the Council's agenda and minutes page of the website, and the draft May minutes are linked within the agenda. Amongst other items, we will giving an update on recent damage to the Platt bridge, and considering pre-application information for proposed upgrades to the base station at Shelvock Hall. There are also consultations on the Electoral Division Boundary Review, Place Plan priorities, and the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan.
Thank you as well to everyone who attended the Annual Parish Meeting on 23rd May, and special thanks also to Cllrs Alyson Lister and Luke Penton for arranging the post-meeting refreshments. It was fantastic to have so many of you join us, raise questions, and share your updates from around the community during the meeting itself, but also to have the opportunity to socialise afterwards.
