Do any of the following ‘symptoms’ sound familiar?
1) Now be honest, have you ever received a gift-wrapped bouquet of flowers, and the best you could do is put it in a water, as delivered, and put the bow around the vase?
2) You see an array of lovely flowers in the garden, and pick them for the house, when you have, you think they looked better where they were? Why?
3) You’re on the Church flower rota, all you can get this week are Chrysanth’s, What on earth are you going to do with those?
4) You’re the creative relative, apparently you can do the wedding flowers for your niece? Yikes!
5) You’ve new in-laws coming around for a sit down dinner (at the table, not the telly) flowers would look good as a centre piece...you’re supposed to create something...OMG!
After many years experience of curing similar ‘symptoms’ at previous demonstrations, intimate community group meetings, wedding consultations or in my Shropshire / Powys shops (Flowers by D-Zine & Cafe Flora) I’m sure this relaxed, informative and entertaining, presentation will be a good night out for all ages and abilities. Let’s face it, it would make a refreshing change to an evening of reality shows, soaps & facebook!
You don’t need a second mortgage to have fun creating amazing (traditional or modern) arrangements of fresh flowers either for yourself or for friends and family. The things I’ve made on a shoe-string (literally) LOL. All you need for inspiration is to see ‘The Flower Doctor’
Luckily, help is on its way Ritchard Freeman will be performing his LIVE informal if slightly bonkers demonstration with invaluable advice, hints and tips
Remember to “Have Fun with flowers” & never buy lilies if you want to keep your cat alive..........(tbc) - Booking advised as only limited seats are available.
