Parishioners are reminded that the Annual Parish Meeting for Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council will take place in the Memorial Hall at 7:00pm on 8th April 2013
This will be followed by a scheduled Parish Council Meeting - the Agenda can be seen here:- www.rxit.org.uk/PCagenda.pdf
These will be the last Parish Council Meetings before all current Councillors retire, to be replaced by a new team of Councillors as a result of Elections on May 2nd.
However, it seems from the list of Nominations that there will be vacancies (less people volunteering than the 11 required)
In this case, we will be able to announce the names of Councillors for the next four years at the Annual Parish Meeting.
