Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service are commencing a public on-line survey with regard to their proposals to make cut backs in their budget. It is vital that we make everyone take part in this survey, and add their voices to the many letters that have already been sent to the Fire Authority. Please ensure that you personally take part, and encourage others to do the same.
The survey can be found on the Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service website www.shropshirefire.gov.uk .Go to the first page and find the link ‘Budget reductions-have your say’. The survey will close at the end of December. For those who do not have internet access, local authorities and libraries will assist with completing the survey. There is plenty of room to make your comments, so please do so. The fight to save our fire station is not over by a long way.
