During my conversation with Eric & Clare this morning on BBC Radio Shropshire there were two important points that emerged:-
1 SPEnergy will accept bank or credit card statements to prove you have a justified claim for eating-out expenses - instead of just receipts
2 They are intending to close the Storm Bureau this week-end - so phone in claims immediately - the number is 0330 1010 159
