Summer is officially here! Time to get out and about in our beautiful county and visit a National Garden Scheme garden at the height of its summer beauty. Thank you to all our supporters for making this year, so far, such a successful one for the charity.

Opening for the first time for the National Garden Scheme on Sunday 9th June (1-6pm). Beautiful estate garden with ancient woodland, lake with swans (and this year's cygnets!) and orchard; roses, herbs and herbaceous borders around the house, pretty rill and water features plus walled soft fruit garden. Open on Sunday 9th June (11-5pm) for a special opening for the National Garden Scheme. One of Shropshire's most beautiful gardens covering 60 acres with a great variety of flowers, trees and shrubs; lakes and streams and walled garden; a wonderful place to visit and the highlight of any visit to Shropshire. | | | | MORVILLE HALL GARDENS,

Open on Sunday 9th June (2-5pm): a group of gardens surrounding Grade I listed mansion (not open: National Trust); all very different styles and planting; includes the Dower House, famous for its horticultural history and exquisitely planted borders.
