Virtual tour of Alan Tichmarsh`s garden for the National Gardens Scheme

Brownhill House Garden - Canary Bird, the first rose to bloom, and a `sculpture` made out of left over aluminium strip.

Dear Blogger

As we in the  National Gardens Scheme are unable to open our gardens this spring, the organisation has arranged to show a series of videos on their website  www.ngs.org.uk so people can visit a `virtual garden`and, hopefully, give a donation.

This year the NGS has decided to donate all monies raised to nursing charities, what the Scheme was set up to do way back in 1927.  This is the first time in all those 93 years that no gardens have been able to open.  We can only hope that the situation might change later in the year.

In the meantime please go to www.ngs.org.uk and enjoy a Virtual Garden Visit to Alan Tichmarsh`s garden and Dunsborough Park Tulip Festival in Ripley, Surrey.  New videos of NGS gardens will be added every week.
