Can you help? More bedding & cotton fabric needed for PPE

Brownhill House Garden - Sculpture by Chris Stokes `Flame`

Dear Blogger

Pam and her friends must be sewing like demons as they have used up the six bags already collected from Ruyton.

CAN WE DO MORE?

Message from Pam Johnson, Trefonen.

Many thanks to Ruyton people who donated sheets and duvets for Pam`s group to make PPE for local hospitals and care homes.

We are making any number of scrubs bags for the NHS so they can bag their scrubs and throw in the wash.
We could still use old sheets please and also CORD to thread into them.
Cotton or nylon cord that can be washed at 60 degrees - any length of 140cm or about 4ft is needed.

I will be coming to Ruyton on Sunday or Monday - a bit short notice - I can come again but of course trying to minimise any travel.

Ideally, contributions can be left with Yoland, in the carport, or tell me where you are in Ruyton and I will collect from the doorstep.
