Bakery Assistant - 45 hours per week 
£9 - £10 per hour depending on experience. 
We are looking to hire a full-time experienced sourdough baker. Our ideal candidate is a team player, who is hardworking, organised and is excited by working with locally grown, freshly milled flour. You will be a part of a small dynamic team, baking fresh bread and pastries everyday.
We will be working directly with farmers and millers in Wales and England to source the flour we use in the bakery. We will be baking bread made with 100% UK grown organic stoneground flour. Located in beautiful North Wales, the farm shop is surrounded by fruit orchards - apples, pears, berries, currants, plums and more - that will be featured on the bakery menu throughout the year. You will work with local and organic ingredients, and with people who are passionate about good food that is good for the planet.
In autumn 2021 we will harvest our first crop of Martin Wolfe's YQ population wheat grown on the estate. If this sounds like a dream to you, please apply!
Essential experience:
1+ years working in a sourdough bakery.
Desirable experience:
Working knowledge of pastry processes.

Baking with stoneground heritage grains and population wheat.
