Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council,
Next meeting 7th Sept 2021 at 6.30pm, at Ruyton XI Towns Village Hall (not Victoria Room).
Important Covid-19 notice: Though there are no longer any legal restrictions in place, the advice is to remain cautious when planning face to face meetings. Please see attached meeting notice for details of measures we'll have in place at the next meeting. To raise questions or matters for Parish Council consideration, please email/phone the clerk asap (01691 674742, office hours only please). If you still feel you need to attend this meeting in-person, please contact the clerk as soon as possible to discuss how we can accommodate you safely. You must not attend the meeting if you or anyone in your household has any Covid-19 symptoms in the 48hrs before the meeting.
What's on the agenda: The agenda is attached, and can also be viewed on the agenda and minutes page of the Parish Council website. Among other agenda items, we hope to fill some of the vacant seats on the Council, and will be receiving an update on the CIL road safety improvements project (Cllrs will be discussing initial proposals with Shropshire Council earlier in the day on 7th Sept). We will also be discussing the Village Hall, War memorial maintenance, the Local Nature Reserve status of the Cliffe, and various complaints received about car parking and loud music. We will also be agreeing a response to the Shropshire Bus Back better survey - this will help shape Shropshire's bid for Government funding to improve the bus service, so if you haven't already filled in the questionnaire, please do (deadline 10th Sept).
Kind regards,
Lydia Bardsley
Clerk to Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council
